"Getting coached by Sara helped plant seeds that have encouraged me to make some major life changes over the past year. I learned about how certain foods cause inflammation and bloating, and how simple things such as how you're eating your food and the span of times in which you eat can help increase your metabolism and aid in weight loss. Speaking with Sara on a weekly basis, about learning new habits and identifying delayed gratification, was helpful with being more intentional, aware, and mindful of my day to day.
